Our service and your booking
Antalya Airport Transfer 24 provides VIP vehicle transfers between Antalya or Izmir airports and selected accommodation addresses. This policy concerns transport bookings; it does not cover hotel accommodation or airline ticket sales.
Check the reference, pickup and destination, vehicle class, passenger count, and date and time in Türkiye local time. A return booking includes two transfer legs. Booking creation, payment verification and operational confirmation are tracked separately.
Price and payment
Route prices are calculated on a EUR basis. Before online payment, the exact TRY amount is displayed using the CBRT EUR selling rate and saved with the reservation. Later exchange-rate movements do not alter that recorded charge.
Payment takes place on the Turinvoice page. A booking marked as awaiting payment is not treated as paid until the provider verifies it. The first child seat is free; each additional selected seat is calculated at EUR 5 per transfer.
Requesting a cancellation or change
Write to info@antalyaairporttransfer24.com or our WhatsApp service on +90 543 109 72 07, quoting your booking reference. Specify the leg to cancel or change and any requested new date or time. Send the request in writing so the notification time is clear.
We will explain availability and any price difference for the proposed route, vehicle or date. Continue to use the current booking details until you receive written confirmation. A revised amount for a route or vehicle change is shown separately.

Flight changes and meeting your driver
Provide the correct flight number and contact us promptly about a delay, cancellation or terminal change. A reported flight delay is not, by itself, a passenger no-show; confirm the revised meeting plan with the operator.
If you cannot find your driver, call our contact number before leaving the airport. Tell us if you arrange other transport or no longer intend to use the transfer. Waiting and meeting arrangements are assessed against the written booking confirmation.
How refunds are handled
Cancelling a reservation does not automatically issue a payment refund. A request is reviewed against the payment record, any used transfer leg and the cancellation conditions. If the operator cannot provide the service at all for a reason attributable to the operator, repayment for the unused service is addressed.
The starting point is the TRY amount actually collected; any applicable deduction disclosed beforehand is explained separately. Approved refunds follow the process offered by Turinvoice and the payment method used. Initiation and receipt in your bank or payment account may occur at different times. Ask for an update using your transaction reference.
Never send card numbers, security codes or bank passwords by email or WhatsApp. Only necessary information is requested if additional refund verification is required.
Return legs, exceptional events and your rights
If the outbound journey has already taken place, cancellation of the return leg is reviewed separately. Completed and unused services are distinguished. In a flight cancellation or exceptional event, send us the relevant details so the circumstances, services provided and applicable rights can be considered.
These conditions do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Passenger transport booked for a particular date is not assessed in the same way as a general return of purchased goods. Later policy changes do not retrospectively worsen the terms of an already confirmed booking.
