Information used for reservations
We collect your name, email, telephone with country code, flight number, pickup and destination, hotel name and address, transfer date/time, vehicle choice, adult and child counts, child-seat requirements and any notes you provide. For return transfers, the return date/time and any return flight are also processed.
Records include booking references, payment order numbers, amounts, currency, exchange-rate records, payment and operational status, and notification records. Server access logs and technical browser information may also be processed for security and operation. The form does not request passport/ID images or medical information; avoid unnecessary sensitive details in the notes.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data needed to arrange a reservation, meet passengers, perform the transfer, communicate about the journey and check payment is processed to enter into or perform the contract. Accounting and public-authority requirements are addressed as legal obligations; complaint and dispute records support the establishment, exercise or protection of rights.
Preventing abuse and securing the system are assessed as legitimate interests while respecting your rights and freedoms. Optional advertising measurement requires a separate choice. Booking a transfer does not depend on accepting advertising cookies. Reading this notice and consenting to optional advertising processing are different actions.
How information reaches us
Information is received electronically when you submit the booking form, contact us by email/telephone/WhatsApp, use the site, or a payment result reaches the system. If booking for another person, inform them and provide only information needed for the service.
Recipients
Only journey information needed by the authorised operations team, driver and, where required, the partner providing the transfer is shared with them. Technical hosting/email providers and mandatory disclosures to authorised public bodies may also be involved.
For payment, the Turinvoice integration sends the booking reference, amount, currency and return address; it receives the provider’s order and status information. Our booking form does not collect card or online-banking login details. Transactions on the provider’s secure screen are subject to its own conditions.
Google, WhatsApp and overseas infrastructure
The Google Ads measurement tag is loaded only when you allow advertising. Opening the map preview connects to Google Maps; following WhatsApp links connects to WhatsApp. These services may process technical connection information under their own policies.
Hosting, payment or external communication services may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. Reading this notice is not, by itself, explicit consent to an overseas transfer; any necessary transfer must be considered separately under the applicable conditions in Article 9 of the Turkish data protection law, KVKK. You can change advertising preferences using the controls below.
Retention and security
Booking and transaction records are assessed against the period needed to provide the service, deal with requests/disputes and meet applicable retention obligations. Where no retention ground remains, deletion, destruction or anonymisation requests are handled under the relevant conditions. Information is not used to build indefinite advertising lists.
Your private booking-status link contains an access key; do not share it. Access restrictions and secure connections are used to help prevent unauthorised access. Contact us if you have a concern about transaction security.
Your rights and requests
Subject to the conditions in the KVKK, you may ask whether data is processed, request information, query its purpose/use, learn domestic or overseas recipients, request correction or deletion/destruction and notification to relevant recipients, object to an adverse result from exclusively automated analysis, and seek redress for unlawful processing.
Send your request to info@antalyaairporttransfer24.com or our contact address. Proportionate information may be requested to verify that it is yours. Requests are assessed as soon as possible and within 30 days; legally prescribed request methods and fee conditions apply where relevant.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary functions: WordPress security/admin sessions, language choice and continuity of the requested booking flow are not advertising functions. bvt-current and bvt-request use session storage for booking access and prevention of duplicate requests; starting a new booking can clear them.
Preferences: aat-currency stores your chosen currency and may remain until you clear it. aat-cookie-consent remembers the advertising choice for up to 180 days. Language preferences follow the relevant language service’s lifetime or your browser settings.
Optional advertising measurement: With permission, Google Ads may create attribution records such as _gcl_*. Names and lifetimes depend on the enabled provider features; see Google’s cookie information. Google Analytics visitor measurement is not separately installed on this site.
You can book using “Necessary only”. Change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer and clear existing records in your browser. Blocking certain necessary records can affect remembering your booking status.
